The B&C module includes Order Entry, Invoicing, Statements, Accounts Receivable, Guarantee Forms, Work Orders, Service Tickets and drawing forms. Sales, Sales Tax, and Commission reports are also included. You can with one click of a button create Yahoo Maps®, access SuperPages® or dial any phone number in the world via Skype®.
Routing & Scheduling Module with Smart Planner $10 per month
The Routing and Scheduling module allows any service ticket to be assigned to a specific route or schedule. Our advanced Recurrence feature allows you to schedule repeating service calls. You can even include the desired service day of the week and week of the month. Our Smart Planner™ enables office workers to quickly assign appointments based on a colorized postal code system to optimize route efficiency.
Inspection Module $40 per month
The SmartServe Inspection Module includes a 10 page customizable form (with cover page) containing multiple letterhead options, titles, inspection conditions (time, date, weather, temperature etc.) and inspector signature. Store an unlimited number of text based forms or contact us for a quote on a custom form designed just for your business. Each inspection can include a drawing created with SmartDraw (see below). The Inspection Module is also integrated with the Photo Manager Module (below) allowing users to store 2,4 or 6 photographs per page.
Bid Module $10 per month
The Bid Module enables you to quickly create your own customized Bid Proposals. You can even capture a client's signature (Tablet PC® required) then synchronize the signed order to your office with FX Connect™...... a must have if you want to be truly paperless!
Contact Reports Module $10 per month
Everyone needs contact management (CRM) to keep track of customers and vendors. This module enables you to track each time anyone in your company interacts with someone in your database, whether by email or verbal contact. The email form contains customizable Subjects and form "letters" stored in the Setup area of SmartServe. Each Contact Report form automatically adds the date and time when the contact occurred and has customizable value lists to document the contact Purpose, Location, Product or Service and Action Items.
Photo Manager Module $10 per month
It has been said that a picture is worth a thousand words. With the SmartServe Photo Manager you can create an unlimited number of digital photo pages to go along with your Inspection Reports, Bids and Service Tickets. Display 2, 4 or 6 photos per page.
Renewal Module $10 per month
The Renewal Module allows you to quickly find all treatment and service guarantees that are expiring during a given time period then print or email a customizable Renewal Notice to each of your clients. (Billing Module Required)
Word Processing Module $10 per month
It only takes a few seconds to say "thank you" to a client with the SmartServe Word Processing Module. Create professional looking letters, complete with color logos and signatures, which can be printed or emailed to your clients. Predefined form letters can be instantly added from convenient drop down lists allowing you to create an unlimited number of correspondence types.
